When I was twelve (several years before shirt designing was so readily available), I wanted to put my favorite verse on a t-shirt. I got a white t-shirt, some fabric markers, and a piece of cardboard and doodled away. I ended up with the Calvary scene and Job 19:25 colored on that white t-shirt.

Fast forward to 2021 and I STILL wanted to put my favorite verse on a shirt (Jeremiah 33:3, this time), so I got a cricut and started designing.

At the end of 2021, I was going through a pretty hard spiritual battle that made me spend a lot of times on my knees in prayer. I thought The Lord had told me “yes” to a request I had been making, but I wanted assurance… I got on my knees asking Him to let me know and before I got up, He had given me Isaiah 43:19, “… Behold, I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert…” I knew at that moment that might answer might take a while, but that God Himself was promising to see me through.

That’s where Ways & Rivers Co. started.

I’m still waiting on The Lord to fully make that way for me, but in every doubt or fear I have, I can point back to that Scripture that says HE is going to make a way… and that’s the goal for the products that I make.

I want every shirt, sweatshirt, tumbler, mug, ornament, etc., to encourage YOU in your valley, your battle, or your wilderness season that The Lord is not going to leave you - He WILL make a way. God’s Word is always something we can have a rock-ribbed assurance in and that’s why most of my designs come straight out of the Bible!
